「蝉の抜け殻は、生の物質としては消えてしまいますが、 その背後に生きた証しを残しているように思えます。 それは、存在が時間の中でどのように変化し、 または消え去っていくのかを 象徴するフィルターとなります。 生きている間に得た経験や記憶は、一見無形なものであっても なぜか私たちに影響を与え、形を成しているのです。」

 "The life of a cicada is marked by a striking contrast between its long years of growth underground and its brief existence above the surface. This cycle offers profound insights and clues into our own understanding of memory and the passage of time. It becomes an important step toward deepening our reflections on life and death, presence and disappearance, and the layered nature of memory. Though the cicada's shed exoskeleton vanishes as living matter, it seems to leave behind evidence of the life that once lived within it.
  It becomes a filter symbolizing how existence changes or fades away over time. The experiences and memories gained during life, though seemingly intangible, somehow influence us and take shape."
